Dell should give each customer the opportunity to create a personalized page...and this would be a person's Dell community hub page. It can be personalized with RSS feeds of the blog, product reviews and ratings, testimonials, StudioDell content...

Allowing more Personalization of the Members Homepages

It would be nice to turn the memebers' homepages into more of a social network experience.

Perhaps allowing a thumbnail image, a short Bio and their Homepage URL

The reason I mentioned not now is that we have had the same idea for Dell Community, but still determining the execution of these pages. Our first and continuing priority is to have conversation pages by interest group (i.e., gaming, digital photography, small business). An idea is to then create a personalized view of the different interest groups. So if you are interested in gaming and digital photography, provide you with a way to pull in RSS feeds on both topics into one page. More to come, but for now we are still building the user interest group pages.
