Dell has the only WoW dedicated gaming system so i think you can understand that when you have your 1st three fingers of your left hand on the "W","D", and "A" keys this rests the heal of your hand on the same place for hours creating a Hotspot. perhaps a raised/vented area would work or at least a large vent to the front or side of this area would help.
