Store employees for mass retailers are not knowledgeable about Dell's products. Dell should use a videoconferencing CRM system to direct store customers to expert Dell sales consultants for live, face-to-face help. ClairVista's Live Expert system is perfect for this.

Problem: DELL's sales staff aren't always so knowledgeable, either!!!

But otherwise, it sounds like a VERY good suggestion to me!
