You should consider service in Puerto Rico to be local.My recent experience of having to talk to people in Panama to fix my XPS was horrendous.It took weeks and your expense must have been at least 3 times the cost of simply replacing the system.

Do you mean you are IN Puerto Rico and RECEIVED service FROM Panama? And that you would prefer service local TO (within/from) Puerto Rico, instead??

And, just what does "prservice" (your title) mean???

I'm not trying to be critical... that is, I would hope if you express this more clearly it will be to your benefit.

May 2		 Yea us Puerto Ricans that buy from DELL get service from people in Panama. Thats how dell has it at the moment through the phone.
