acoustic server cabinets

I have a rackable hardware at my home that makes just too much noise. Why cant Dell Design an enclosed sound proof server rack with cable managment and power strips.

Not everyone has a seperate room for their hardware.

Currently I found only 5 companies that make them but their all oversees. Dell get on board. I'm sure if you make it they will buy it.
If you like my idea maybe I can buy it at a discounted rate.
