so i've been in stormroom/forum looking at the problems people are having with their machines and i've been asked 2x so far just tonight (it's 1137pm here) to do a customer satisfaction survey. not to mention almost every time i'm over there it asks me to do one. could we get a little note on the servers somewhere that says "this screen name has already been asked this week so hold off on asking again"?gets annoying after a while

same. and it is totally preventable. the vendor they are hiring to do the thing, or the way they are linking it, just isn't being smart

The retail (home) site asks me for surveys pretty often, too.
