Offer high end processors for XPS 1530 in India

Hi,

Till end of Feb 2008, I was able to choose processors upto T7700, now since 1st March the top end processor available is only T7250.

I was waiting to buy XPS1530 with a hope that 2.5GHz Penryn processor would be offered. Instead of offering the penryn processors, they have even stopped providing option to choose processors above 2.0Ghz.

I feel that, there is no point in buying a XPS without a top end processor in it.

Please provide the option of selecting processors higher than T7250.

I was not sure if Dell was not offering an option to select a processor powerful than T7250. In US and Japan, you can select upto T7800. While in UK it is T7700. However, the best config is available for Singapore customers as they can even choose the latest penryn processor (T9300 http://dellstore05.sg.dell.com/public/cart/configurator.jsp?prd_id=170165&sr_...)


Dont understand why Dell does not offer feature parity to all its customers irrespective of their location?
